Problem Statement and Solution Process

The importance of communication in our applications/projects enables our applications to depend on our communications.  The dependency of our applications on our communications enables errors that we commit in our communications to appear in our applications, see Principle of Communication exercise number 30 for more information. When that happens, our applications execute with errors which enable us to develop problems.  In other words, the errors that we commit in our communications enable our applications/projects to execute with errors.  Given that we can identify those errors in our communications, it makes sense for us to analyze our communications related to those errors in order to enable our applications/projects to execute correctly or without error.

The process of analyzing and identifying errors in our communications related to our applications enables us to model our applications/projects related to our communications. By modeling our applications related to our communications, it is possible for us to identify errors in our communications, and then correct them before they develop problems in our applications, see principle of communication exercise number 782 for more information.

In term of project management, a manager manages the employees; but since the employees have functions, the manager simply manages the functions of the employees. Now, given the functions of the employees are functions of communication (see Principle of Communication exercise number 3 and 5 for more information), the manager simply manages the communications of the employees. It is very important to know that. In short, the manager can say he/she manages the functions of the employees, but not the employees physically. Since the functions of the employees are functions of communication, therefore the manager manages the communications of the employees in the application where the employees are currently working.
